All of our Jumbo Gourmet Chocolates are handmade in our own kitchen. All of our nut clusters and turtles use only jumbo whole nuts that are fresh roasted daily. Rich chocolate mixed with freshly roasted nuts. All of our nuts are roasted in peanut oil. The best and most expensive oil available. All of our clusters are available in creamy milk, white, or semi-sweet dark chocolates. Average weight of our Gourmet Jumbo Chocolates are 1/4 to 1/3 of a pound.
